Well...you guessed it. My sense of humor came out in the title. Seeing that this is our March update, I thought it would be funny to entitle this with something to do with marching.
Caitlin and I are finding more and more everyday that there is no turning back. God has us on a one choice path and He is providing everyday for us to go off to be trained and equipped for the work of service in His holy calling on our lives.
So what are we doing right now?
Well, we are spending these next few months in prayer and really aiming to invest in people's lives. We have been learning that it's not just finances that we are seeking after. Caitlin and I want you to partner with us. We are not raising Christian charity, but are seeking for kingdom resources.
Currently we are trusting God to build up a team of prayer warriors, encouraging brothers and sisters, and financial senders. The money that we are raising is for advancing the Kingdom of God and because of that, we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God will raise up the laborers for this beautifully ripe harvest.
We are in fact marching toward the call. We will not look back. We will not change course. We will go the distance. We will risk our lives. We will sacrifice everything. Though trials will come, we will trust in Christ. Furthermore, we will do all things with an expectation of victory. As for Caitlin and I, we will serve the LORD!
Remember when Moses saw the burning bush and God commanded him to remove his sandals because he was standing on holy ground? Well, we have learned that wherever we are, God's presence is. Every place in which we step is holy ground because God's fullness dwells in us richly in Christ!
We desire to live in light of this glorious truth and we are confident that since God is for us, we cannot fail!
There is no plan B. God has one plan and one purpose and it is overwhelmingly evident that Christ's return is just around the corner. God is wrapping this thing up real fast and when He returns we want to be found faithful. We don't want to miss out on serving the Lord in this Great Commission. We don't want to miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime in taking the Gospel to the unreached.
Will you partner with us in prayer and encouragement and finances? The Great Commission will never be completed without those who are willing to send financially those who are willing to go. Caitlin and I are willing to go. So we ask, we will go...will you send us? Please consider this privilege prayerfully.
